Heide Voglis is the 2006 Lebanon Idol winner. She has performed at various singing events including an exhibition at Steamtown Idol, the competition at our sister property. She has performed at charitable events such as Relay for Life, at the YWCA for survivors of domestic violence, Launch for Love in honor of 8 year old Owen Brezitski, and also performed for anti-bullying assemblies at Milton Hershey School. In 2009, Heide won the title for the “American Idol Experience” in Florida. Singing has always been her passion and she continues pursuing it. Heide has been married for 18 years to her husband, John, and they have two children, 13 year old Derek and 10 year old Erika. Heide is a house parent at the Milton Hershey School where she currently lives with 12 middle school girls. She says this gives “fun and excitement” a new meaning.
